李凭甲，中共党员，美国波林斯顿大学管理学博士生、中国人民大学商学院MBA博士 生导师。北京大学政府管理学院研究员。文化旅游部老年大学教授。现任中国智慧工程研究会副会长，中国人民对外友好协会顾问。中国书画家协会艺术顾问，中国名人艺术家联合会执行会长，中视旅协会艺术顾问，中国榜书协会顾问。中华炎黄文化砚文化促进会顾问。世纪国联书画国际交易平台有限公司董事长。
